    Default Boxee LiveTV help

Ok I just received my LiveTV stick and I notice that I only have 9 channels and one of my tv have Over The Air channels, the OTA have more channels than the LiveTV stick. So, if I buy an antenna, will i get more channels?

The live tv tuner will not pick up the analog channels only OTA digital channels, so you will be missing those channels for sure. If you are saying that your tv picks up more OTA digital channels than you live tv tuner, then I would say yes, a bigger antenna should help depending on your distance from the towers.

I don't own the live tv myself but maybe you could try to reposition the antenna and try a channel rescan if possible. Not sure about the booster. Sorry I can't help more than that. I'm sure someone else will chime in that can give you more help.

What kind of antenna do you have hooked up to your TV that picks up more channels. Can you tap into that antenna?
