Password incorrect problem

I am trying to login into boxee application it gives the errors like password incorrect.
But able to login with the same username and password to app.boxee.tv successfully .
Can anyone help me?

are you using a proxy? Do you have any internet connection problems with the computer you are using?

Yes i am using proxy,
But i have given all the proxy related details(IP Address and Port)in guisettings.xml file.

Initially i have an error like "Internet Connection unavailable" later i changed the
guisettings.xml file and given the proxy details, then i got the error "Password incorrect problem"

we are aware of issues with boxee and proxies ..it does not work with proxy username/passwords..

I just installed ATV boxee on my apple tv but i keep getting an incorrect password message. am i doing something wrong. any ideas?
