I was looking for the same thing.
According to the Boxee RSS Specification (http://developer.boxee.tv/rss-specification/), you should be able to add bx-cropbottom (or -croptop, -cropleft, -cropright) to the URL of your feed (or possibly as a child element to <item />).
I haven't played around with this yet, but those are the two things I'd try.
EDIT: Have you tried any of the other options from the Boxee RSS spec? I'd like to be able to tile my thumbnails instead of just listing my items with text.

I still don't know how to do it. Cropping flash feeds is easy but i'm not sure bout RSS. What you mean by tile.

Not sure if I understand what you mean by "cropping rss feeds", comparing with flash cropping. Cropping a flash makes sense, in that it is a video, and you can crop the edges away, but an rss feed is a list of items. Do you want to just display a few of the items, or am I missing the point completely?

Lol . I mean when you have a flash feed you can crop of the bottom/top etc. But what if you have an RSS feed and you want all of them to be cropped when you play them. Take for example, custom RSS feeds from gametrailers.com have the loading bar at the bottom of every RSS list item. I want to get rid of that.
