Sources lost after exiting

I used boxee a couple months ago and then stopped for a bit. The recent addition of watching Hulu prompted me to download the latest release and give it another go. My problem is that when I add a source (music, photos, videos, anything...) the source only stays as long as I have boxee running. If I quit boxee and restart all my sources are lost and I need to add them again. Is there something I am missing here? Also, in the past I would be able to see artwork related to my media but now I just get the generic logo for the media type instead of the specific artwork.

could you post up your log file?
it's in: ~/Library/Application Support/Logs/xbmc.log

also, i've seen some issues with boxee behaving badly if the harddrive is almost full.

Well I fixed the problem. It was the result of a larger permissions problem I had with my Leopard install. Unfortunately it required a reinstall of Leopard but once I fixed that issue everything started working.
