Subtitles doesn't work

Hi Everybody,

I've installed Boxee on my mac. I've downloaded with Boxee a Subtitle for a movie and the first time it worked perfect :p. But now (30 minutes later) it doesn't work any more. I can't see any subtitle (also when I download it again for a movie). I've also installed boxee again, but no luck for me :mad:.

Does someone knows how to fix this?

the same for me. After the restart randomly I am able to temporarily get it to work for some time, but not for long.

guys ..you are selecting the subtitles but none are being shown ...correct?

Yep. Randomly sfter the ATV restart You can see subtitles, but they disapper after Boxee restart. Boxee is downloading the subtitles (you can select them in the settings, while watching the video) but they not show up. My settings for the subtitles are Central European (windows). The same happens when I use XBMC alone.

are you selecting the subtitles with "sync" ..when you are playing the moving and select settings >audio can you see them displayed ..you can also try and browse for them.

I did actually. No matter what I chose they don't display. I can see them in the list allright (in "settings" for audio)

Where is that setting? I mean, how do one access the settings for a playing movie on Apple TV+Boxee?

I ask this because I can't see subtitles either...

Ok, I've found how to see the settings. It shows I have 3 subtitles, which work under Perian. But Boxee isn't showing them up...

I had the same problem after lettertype change. Even when i set the default again. I cleared userdata and now its back again.

I just copied the tahoma.ttf font to the /library/fonts folder and selected it. Perfect.
