TV-shows not complete

Hey everyone,

first of all I wanna make clear I love Boxee. After using Plex for several months I'm going Boxee all the way, good job!

Now my problem.. I've added some sources for my movies and they're successfully added to my movies-list. The strange thing here is that my series aren't going that smoothly! I've got 6 seasons of Sopranos in the list no problem, but of my complete collection of SouthPark (13 seasons) only 7 seasons are added, each filled with 3 to 6 episodes (except for s12, witch is complete). The files have correct names (South.Park.s01e01) and are mostly mp4's and some mkv's. I also tried to remove the source and added it again, along with some reboots. What else can I try to fix this?

The name looks fine ..there are from time to time issues with http://thetvdb.comservers .Is it the Mp4 or Mkv's that are problematic ..can you try and rename some of the files that are not indexed to this format..

Thanks for your reply. I've tried both formats, without success. I've checked and seasons 1 to 11 are mp4's (that come up here and there, but not complete) and season 12/13 are (hd)mkv's and they appear complete! Does this mean I have to re-encode again? Changing the extension to .mov doesn't help.

Can you try to manually resolve them ..also try to rename one of the files that is not recognized and see if that helps..

Oh yeah, I just found out that feature of resolving manually with movies (and it's 1000 times more awesome than the Plex-approach :) ), but the strange thing is that the resolving-overview doesn't list them as unresolved either! On my series-source I just get total:20 / resolved:20, that's it.

Strange note: Sometimes I can only choose Album or Remove, not Tv-Show. Once in a while it does work and I can add the complete folder.
