Does anyone know which methods the boxee iphone remote uses? I wanted to know if it's the eventserver or the httpserver.

I am not speaking from a position of experience, but I don't think it's using the httpserver methods. The reason I think that is that it really seems to handshake when the iPhone app starts up. If you run the http client, it seems to be issuing http requests independent of session awareness, etc.

That's a real guess on my part, though. If you ran either of them through a proxy, you could watch what's going over the network.
