Opimal amount of memory for a Mac Mini + Boxee

I've been playing with Boxee for about a month now with my macbook pro, and today i sprung and bought a used 1.83Ghz Core 2 Duo mac mini off ebay. It comes with 1 gig of memory already. I'm wondering if i need to buy more memory (say 3 gigs) or is 1 Gig more than enough to run Boxee. I plan to play 1080p content, connect 2 external drives (1via firewire & 1 via USB), and stream video content over wifi.
