No TV Show Metadata (Movies Ok)

I'm running the latest version of Boxee 9.11.5591 and have all my videos on an external harddrive connected to my Mac Mini via USB. I have added the folder containing all my video folders (each TV show has its own folder and Movies are separated into genre folders within a "Movies" folder) just like I have done with past versions of Boxee. With the latest release, my movies load fine with all the metadata available, but for my TV shows, only the files show up, but not the metadata. These TV Shows had all the metadata before, but not with the current release.

I have tried deleting the library and re-scanning, but the same thing happens, no metadata for TV shows, only for Movies. Any suggestions?
