I recently discovered while trying to use a NES emulator called Nestopia, that none of my key entries would work inside the emulator. I could still use Command-Q to quit the app, or Command-` to enter and exit full screen, however. The developer suggested I disable Secure Keyboard Input in the Terminal preferences, however this was already disabled.
After a bit more testing, I found that if I force quit the boxeeservice process using Activity Monitor, then in the short period of time it took the service to reload I could use the emulator just fine.
Anyone else experience an issue similar to this one?
