Unable to log in to Boxee

Hi I applied today and was granted access however i have discovered that Boxee must be ip address sensitive.

I have three macs and two Apple TVs.

I live in Singapore and use a VPN from my main Mac and this vpn is located in the us and when i joined the message from Boxee indicated an ip address of 75.101.-.- (last two numbers not printer here). I applied to boxee using the mac while connected to the vpn.

It is only one mac that access the vpn the others including the ATVs do not . I can only sigh=n into Boxee using the vpn the others all advise "invalid password". I can advise you the IP allocated by my ISP here if you would kindly send me an email to the email address you have on recordas otherwise Boxee will be useless to me here. Alternatively can I have a second login which would be local and not via the vpn.

This is very strange you are saying that the vpn (US ip) allows you to login ..whilst the local syngapore isp will not let you connect..can you try with your local connection to login to the boxee website and boxee again with your username and password..please make sure no caps lock etc..if this is not successful then pm your debug logs (http://forum.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=377)of one of the macs an for the address you want for the "second " login...:)

Hi Thank you for the response. This morning thursday I was able to login with all my Macs and Apple Tvs.

Yesterday when i had the problem i tried to change my password and this is likely what caused the problem. I thought I had changed the password yesterday but was unable to log in but today can login using the original password - so now no problem.

Again thanks for your help - and apologies if I thought that it was being caused by the fact that I use a vpm on my main machine.
