Corrupted icons

Anyone else seeing this problem with the MTV Music and My Feeds icons?

I have seen this sometimes ..the easiest way to fix it is to delete the thumbnails if you are using the latest version 5534 choose "settings>General>Clean Old Thumbnails"

Sorry. That didn't do anything. I tried running it twice and exiting, but those two icons are still corrupted.
