I posted on my website how to control boxee via a nintendo ds via wifi. I have been using it all day and its working pretty well.

I just wanted to do a post on how to use your ds as a remote for boxee. You will need a ds, a flash cart (r4ds or similiar), win2ds app, and of course boxee. Download and run win2ds app. You can set a password or the default would just be blank. Make sure you don't have a firewall blocking UDP traffic on port 8888 or allow it accordingly. Copy the file ds2win.nds to your ds flash cart to the root directory of the card. Fire up your ds and open up the ds2win app. Click the connect using wfc, be sure you have your wireless on the ds setup properly. Enter your IP address of the server machine you are trying to connect to and the proper password you set previously. You can then choose either virtual desktop where you would need to use the stylus and double tap on the various menus in boxee just like you were using a mouse. The other way would be to use gamepad mode. I had problems with this as the default doesn't seem to have an enter key set so I could navigate using XYAB keys but then had to tap on the screen to bring up the cursor and select the menus that way. What I did is go into the custom keys sections and set R trigger to Enter and Dpad to Up, Down, Left, Right and L trigger to Backspace.
