PS3 Boxee

I realize this has been a topic before but the topics I have seen always talk about installing linux and run boxee on that. Is is possible to someone install boxee onto the PS3 without installing an OS to run it?

Just putting it out there. Would really like to see boxee run on PS3.

xbmc/boxee would need to be ported to ppc, first.

i doubt it will ever happen.

I'm trying to convince them to do something like RedKawa is pursuing and just stream the content from the main box to the devices.
