I have the latest test version on my hackintosh HTPC and I have a few movies that are not indexed correctly. There's only 1 movie file but boxee creates a folder and shows 10+ copies of the same movie. I've tried clearing the library and re-indexing but the problem persists. Plex recognizes and indexes everything correctly but I don't want to have to switch back and forth because I like Boxee's integration with Netflix and youtube better.
