Mac Mini Settings

Hello all I have searched the forums and google but have not found settings. I am new to boxee and I don't know how exactly to get it configured correctly on my Mac and TV.

I have a Mac mini with a DVI to HDMI converter so I can watch boxee on my Sharp Flat Screen. The streaming video image is very choppy, but boxee itself looks great. What do I have to do to improve the video quality?

what sources are you playing the videos from? and how's you internet connection?

I have tried playing video from netflix and abc. My internet connection is 7Mbps. I also have one more question. I don't have a receiver for surround sound, so how do I get sound on my tv instead of the mac mini?

There is a cable to go from mini audio Out on Mac mini to RCA audio In on TV. Should your TV have such an In port.

I use the PC In port for my video [with matching audio In] on my TV, so your mileage may vary.
