I ran in to an issue where Boxee would crash on Log in, although I figured out how to delete the Boxee app data (I turned on hidden files using the terminal found via google) which allowed me to log in properly. But once I added in my files again it would start crashing again..
What i found to be the problem for me. I have two external hard drives attached to my Mac Mini one for Movies one for TV programs. When I added the root of the drives it would crash boxee. I'm guessing the problem here is that there are folders on these drives contain data that Boxee can't process. The folders in question are the Recycle bin folder which is there because I use Macdisk to allow my bootcamp windows (need it for netflix) to access my drives. I also have a folder which contains my Mame game images.
So I'm not sure if Boxee doesn't like to have the root of the drives set or if it doesn't like data that it doesn't recognize but when I linked to the folders which contained my Media files Boxee worked like a charm.
