View Full Version : OKAY, call me stoopid! How does Boxee work?

I don't get it. Is boxee an application that I am supposed to launch? I'm on an iBook G4. I see a boxee application in my application folder, but when I launch it I get a prompt "Boxee is not supported on this architecture". What is my problem? The fact that I'm on a G4 iBook? Does it need to be an Intel computer or something?

Boxee is only compiled for Intel macs, so your G4 iBook cannot run it.

What if I am running Ubuntu on my G4 PPC Mac? Would the Boxee work then?

thanks for the link. going to the last page it looks like it may be a matter o time, not just a simple 'no'.
