Playing media does not always give it focus

When I have no media playing and I select media to play, boxee hides the selection screen and gives focus to the media that is playing. This is what I WANT.

If media IS playing in the background and I play something else, the new media starts playing in the background, but is not given focus. There is no quick and easy way for me to get back to it without ( pressing Menu multiple times on my Apple Remote | pressing escape multiple times ).

Seems like when new media is selected to be played, it should be given focus.

this allows you to do other things while media content is playing in the back ,you can easily focus back to the media content via the remote(using the "+") or keyboard(arrow keys) by selecting the top right hand box which displays the current media playing ...selecting this will bring it back into focus..:)
