I followed one of Avner's twitter posts to check out a commercial for Boxee on Cloudee, just to see what cloudee was about (as an avid Android user I'm not able to check out the Cloudee app) when I came across an interesting comment to the video posted 3 days ago:

Too bad we need to update all the clips of the UI already :)

This seems to indicate that Boxee is again reworking the UI on the Boxee firmware, which could explain the long delay since the last firmware update. I guess we will have to wait and see.

The video (which is nothing really special) can be found here => http://www.cloudee.com/preview/file/4f99c4b27d40b140fa000312?file_token=2soUQ2

Maybe but I don't think the long delay is solely down to UI changes. Hopefully they've been working on something more substantial than just Cloudee and some UI tweaks.

All I got from that video is that if you get Cloudee, you're going to come back from work and all of a sudden have a wife and kids and end up ridding a bike to work and with only two friends left to watch football with.

Since they advertised the "FOX" logo does that mean that there's a fix for the Flash issue in the next foreseeable eon?

Since the video was created on the 25th of January, there might be a chance that Fox hadn't upgraded their flash requirements yet. So I think that no conclusion regarding this can be made from the video.

But I sincerely hope that they add all fixes that are dependent on the new Intel SDK into the next release.

I think those network logos (FOX, etc) were about LiveTV and not network website videos... Just a guess though.
