Windowing issue on ubuntu 804

1) Start Boxee in full screen
2) Press tab to go to windowed mode
3) Press tab to return to full screen

At point 3 boxee goes full screen but the gnome toolbars are on top at the top and bottom of the screen.

Is this still an issue for you after the late October update?

z-ordering in gnome sucks.... i've see lots of full screen apps do this.

if you click on boxee to focus it, does it come back to the front?

Also, make sure you have *all* compiz effects turned off. I was noticing that effect if I just had the settings turned down. You have to have the "no special effects" setting. Sorry, I don't use Ubuntu much so I don't remember exactly where that setting is.
