I like the social network aspect, and I want to use it, but I want to have a bit more control over the flood of information that could be let out about me.
For example maybe I have a guilty desire to watch Dirty Dancing 2: Havana Nights...and I don't really want all my friends knowing it. Or since I am an adult I put on some adult programming, again not something I am keen on people knowing.
Maybe make a queue on the computer I am using boxee on that I can go through and approve/remove before it gets sent over the cloud.
Also maybe I want to never reveal what I am watching but I want to send my likes/dislikes after I watch it.
I really like the social network idea and so far your software is really good, but if there is anything to be learned from Facebook just look at their Beacon scandal...people want to share, but they also want control of what they share.
