Boxee Future Features?

Hi all,

I have read several posts saying that the new version of Boxee will be out "in a couple of weeks".

I was wondering if there was a development area anywhere, where the new features and bug fixes for the new builds are listed? Or do we have to wait and see what comes with the new build?

Also is there a schedule for when the new builds are released or is it simply when they are ready?

sorry for being not precise ..the version will be out in a few weeks and when released will have a release notes stating which bugs are fixed ,new features as well as known issues...

There is no current time frame when new versions are released this depends on bug issues (priorities) and new features as well as feedback from you guys...

Is it is simple upgrade process? (Running on OS 10.5) Or do you need to uninstall the old version first? Will it automatically keep your preferences or require you to back them up first?

How does one backup boxee on the aTV ?
Is it enough to make a tarball from ./Library/Application Support/BOXEE/ ?
