Once you install boxee and login using the account you created at http://app.boxee.tv it should at least show Internet items. If you are still having this problem what OS are you using?

Hello,
I'm also having the same problem. I used the instructions to jailbreak my ATV 2.3 yesterday and the setup was successful. For some reason, when I select video and internet from the boxee menu it reads "no results found". The strange thing is, if I launch boxee from my Macbook Pro running Leopard 10.5.6, it shows options for CBS, Comedy Central, Netflix, etc. Why in the world would this option work when I run this program from my laptop and not my ATV? Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. I really like boxee and would love to get it to work properly.

please remove your BOXEE folder and try again to login to your ATV ..you will need to ssh into Apple TV. from your Mac OSX, use the ssh command line via the terminal.
1.ssh frontrow@{ip address}
2.To retrieve your IP (boxee>settings>general>IP or ATV>settings>general>about>IP
3.enter Password "frontrow"
4.rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/BOXEE/

Thanks Marcel for the quick response. So just remove the Boxee folder and it should work? Wow, I thought I was going to have to jump through hoops to get this working...:)

Marcel,
I performed the steps you suggested, rebooted my ATV, launched Boxee again, created my user profile again, and still received the No Results found....message when I clicked on the Internet Videos options. Any suggestions?

hopfully I am asking this in the correct place. I just came back from a trip and wanted to download some new shows. I when to the my feeds app and i get the same message "No Results Found" on everything except "Life" I checked TVRSS and they are all the same as I left them. I upgraded, reinstalled, rebooted, and removed one of the feeds and set it back up again. Boxee is communicating with the network and it is seeing the correct feeds. What could be wrong? Thanks

This is also happening to me. I'm not sure what happened but I tried removing the guisettings.xml file and then the entire boxee directory but the app is still showing no results found for any searches other than youtube.
i also tried re-installing...
this may or may not be a factor but i'm on a mac and recently started using boxee on another user account on the same machine. boxee works correctly on that account but my main account is now unusable.
thanks in advance,
s

I have the same problem. I'm using Boxee on the iMac and have loaded up with a heap of apps for web video content... however now when I go to open any of the apps, it results in "No results found".
I did recenty set up a second login account on the iMac to use Boxee, both using the same Boxee username. Wondering if that might have caused the issue? If so, is there any way to fix without losing and then having to re-add all the apps, settings etc?

@doctorgrondo delete the BOXEE folder under ~/Library/Application Support/
