Like the title reads... Boxee wont pick up my tv shows anymore. They were all recognized at one point, then i decided to delete a season from one of the shows and re launch boxee. When i did this i noticed everything was messed up. I had all my tv shows but no movies. I had to manually start recognizing them.
This would take too long and I thought it might be best if I started with a fresh DB. So i backed up some keymap settings and deleted my .boxee folder. Now all the show directories are still the same...
~/Videos/movies & ~/Videos/tv shows
So I relaunched boxee knowing that it defaults the local video folder to ~/Videos. I left it running while I went out for an hour. I came back and all the movies had been detected but no TV shows.
If I try to manually recognize them I get the list from the search boxee does and I select the appropriate show title. The loading icon spins then stops and Im left still at the list. Nothing happens. I go back to the main screen and no new media was added.
So I'm getting a little frustrated because there is no way for me to check boxee's current scrap status. This would be nice because if boxee is getting hung up on a particular show I might be able to do something about it. But I have no idea what its doing.
I've deleted the .boxee dir and started over twice. still the same issue. I have a lot of TV that boxee previously (this latest build) had no issue detecting before.
Can anyone help?
