Playback from iPod

I have not downloaded and tried Boxee yet, but I'm curious, if I have my iPod plugged into the Mac with Boxee installed, will it recognize my iPod and play media directly from my iPod?

if your ipod is enabled for disk use then yes. boxee would see it as an external hard drive. if it is not i would doubt it, you can't go from ipod to computer without the help of another program.
