can i use ipazzport KP-810-10BTT in boxee box?

I don't think Boxee works with Bluetooth remotes.

The easiest way to tell for certain is to try it. You insert the USB dongle in one of the Boxee's USB ports and turn on the remote. If you can control Boxee, then it works. If you can't there's nothing you can do about it.

I know that most USB dongle/remotes work as do most RF dongle/remotes.
