Hello,
how are albums imported from a local source?
It took boxee quite some time to populate my "albums" index but now it stopped and there is still a lot of stuff missing. For example, I can see "Comfort of Strangers" from "Beth Orton" in Music/My Sources/Local Music but there's no trace of "Beth Orton" in Music (I guess that's a list of artists) nor of "Comfort of Strangers" in Music/Albums
Can you help me with this?
Thanks in advance
alfredo

Hi Marcel,
so I went to Settings/Media Sources and hit "Manually Add Source". Here I added /home/abuttari/Music/Beth Orton although /home/abuttari/Music is already in Settings/Media Sources/Local/Local Music. However, still no trace of Beth's album. All the mp3 files in that directory are correctly tagged (amd recognized by other players on my system).
Thanks
Alfredo

Marcel,
I figured out how to correctly (manually) add albums to my collection.
Thanks again

I can see media on an an attached USB HDD but still cannot see media on the local built in HDD? Says it's disconnected? Should I have to manually add this source? Is the path /Users/frontrow/Music correct?

I should note that the above question is in regards to my apple tv...

I'm not sure about the location of your media on the ATV, but re-adding the source would be the best place to start.
I would delete the source, restart the ATV, and re-add it.
