Hello all,

I'm running boxee on my macbook, both watching it on the laptop and occasionally connecting it to my TV. Anyone know if it's possible to resize the window when it's not in full screen mode? I know how to put it into windowed mode but the window is still pretty much full screen. I'd like to be able to shrink it and put it in the corner of my screen while I surf or read something else in firefox. An option to keep the screen on top at all times would also be great. Anyone doing this or know how it's done?

Thanks in advance for any and all responses,

jaiyen

Try "\" to switch between smaller and larger windows...

I know what you mean. Using "/" or "Command + F" only switches it to a windowed mode with a fixed size of 1280x800 (I believe). Are there any plans in the works to make the window resizable? As in, you can click in the corner and drag to make it smaller? This function would make Boxee infinitely more useful on computers that aren't primarily used as HTPC's.

Resizing does appear to work. Also picture quality on MLB.TV is much better than on the MLB website. Thank you Boxee.

I can't see the resize-grab thingy on the bottom right corner, but if i click there and drag, it is actually working.

Hi all...,

Resizing the window worked! I dragged the bottom corner of the window slightly to adjust it, and Boxee adjusted itself so that the interface fits in the window. I exited Boxee, and it remembered the settings when I relaunched it. This also fixed the issue where the mouse pointer would go behind the title bar, as described in my original post. Attached is a screenshot showing the corrected screen. Looks great now!
