Not a request, more of a suggestion...

Amazon is now a good source of free streaming TV media

(not sure if the link is good... amazon.com, video on demand...)

Don't know how easy it is to scrape or otherwise drill into amazon to find the streaming links, but at least in FF3/Ubuntu the flash-based player works, so its likely playback in boxee is possible.

They've got a fairly large amount of free content in decent quality (480p or better) and "previews" of a couple of minutes of shows that are for pay.

Might be a nice addition?

I just checked the link, choose my video, and tried to watch it, and then when it refreshes like twice, pops up a message that tells me to get going, if I'm not from u.s. So I wouldn't want to implement this into boxee if it's not an international service.
