new to boxee

i am new to boxee just download it today 1-29-09

there is no movies,shows,music

nothing


how do i add my favorite stuff

netflix
abc
nbc
cbs
fox
disney
nick
and

movies and shows on there


please can you help me step by step how to one of those site on boxee

Select "videos -> Internet" and you will see many of those channels--some of them are not available on all platforms though (ABC & Netflix are only available on Mac at the moment).
