I have been testing the latest Windows Alpha of boxee on my better desktop but I would plan to try it on my older machine that has been running Ubuntu 8.10 and boxee.
I run the older machine as a full time media box. I hope to try the windows version on this machine.
I have had fewer issues with the windows install than I have with the boxee livux version.
