Ok, i'm just posting this because i could not find this information anywhere, and i only found it because I searched all over my computer for it...
anyway, if you have Windows Vista, and are looking for the sources.xml file, it's not located in the program files directory, instead it's located in the following directory: "C:\Users\[User account]\AppData\Roaming\BOXEE\userdata\profiles\[Profile name]"
where [User account] is the name of the User account you installed Boxee under, and [Profile name] is the user name you use to log in to boxee.
I hope someone finds this helpful, and would update the FAQ's to note this!
