So far everything is working fine. I was wondering how to control the volume with the mouse. I see no onscreen controls and the mouse wheel does not do that trick.

Also, you can't drag the slider while watching videos (to rewind or fast forward). In most video programs you can drag the slider.

And is it possible to add things like Twitter RSS feeds to Boxee?

Thanks

Only my second day on Boxee so I don't know a lot yet, but I believe when watching a video the single reverse and forward buttons advance the video by a few seconds while the double reverse and double forward button advances it in minutes. Don't know the exact amount of time that each advances or if it changes based on video size.

Volume took me a little while to figure out but it is ... done using the left and right arrows during Video Playback or you can go to settings > audio > volume in the display controls (where the play/pause/foward/rewind) buttons are.

I know both these methods of volume control. I do not use the keyboard with my HTPC, just my mouse and opening the settings is a little tedious everytime ya wanna adjust the audio. VLC and MPC both let you control the volume with the scroll wheel.

And I know the FF and REW buttons, but sliding it is nice too.
