I've noticed this a few times now, boxee does not seem to like hibernation.
On my remote, I have a button mapped directly to a command to send the PC into hibernation.
If I do this when boxee is running, the PC shuts down fine, but when I resume some time later, I get an Windows error message saying that boxee has crashed and I go back to the desktop....
