Currently when I click a movie entry, I'm presented with two or three options - Play, Trailer and Info. This seems to be a extra step with no real benefit (no information is provided). How about having it go straight to the info screen with the option to watch a trailer or view the movie available from that screen.

As always thanks for the great work.

I agree with you that this would be a nice feature that it opens on the info screen and from there you can choose either to play the movie or trailer...i have passed this onto our product team ,however i would like to hear some feed back from other testers out there...what do you think?

I agree for the most part, but I think a context menu is still needed - especially one that can be manipulated by plugins. I don't know if there's a proper button on this on the common PC remote, but a key designated specifically for the context menu (ie similar to right-clicking on a mouse) would be great.

Context menus are great in the fact that the don't clutter the navigation but this is the Mac world and context menu's don't really follow the GUI guidelines of the OS. While I agree that plugins should have access to this window, I feel that if you have to hide something from view then that means it's a function that is rarely used and it is in the wrong part of the GUI.

I would love to see plugins that extend the functionality of the application but I also don't want to install 10 of these and end up having to navigate submenu after submenu just to get to the functions of these plugins. That gets confusing enough when you're on a computer with a mouse and keyboard but when I'm on my couch I just want to grab my remote and click away.

Just my two pennies.. :)

I would like to see the info on the play / trailer screen as well.
