New to this whole thing, but would really like to have dual display support, along with having the secondary one selectable with full screen. Kinda like VLC media player. You can select the secondary display to have fullscreen, while using the primary for other items. Just got my 50" LG Plasma connected to my 20" iMac for a secondary display so I can watch all my movies with hopes of eliminating cable bill, but can't figure out how to get boxee to work in this way. Any insites or future support?

boxee already supports this, settings>appearance>screen then select the full screen #2

thanks for the quick reply. I tried to play around with that setting and it doesn't seam to work. every time i selected a different setting, including the fullscreen for display #2, it shows up on my primary display, and is extremely glitchy. Is there another setting I need to change? It works just fine with all other objects within Leopard. Any ideas?

I have got the same problem. When configured using full screen on display #2, it's still on the main screen (#1) but it's not windowed and has the dimensions of the secondary display.

after you select the full screen #2, use the test calibration (i'm pretty sure that's what it says can't check right now) it's right below the resolution. boxee will then check the resolution and you can select whether to keep it or not.

doing the test calibration is what shows the glitched screen. i can then select either to keep or cancel.

It seems that a restart of Boxee will send it to the correct screen.
But, when I press / to exit full screen and again to enter full screen, it stays on screen #1 instead of going to screen #2.

tried to do that. set the setting to fullscreen display #2, went all glitchy when test calibration selected. hit ok, did an exit from main screen. restarted and still appeared on my primary screen, all glitchy. very frustrating :(

That did it!!! For some reason that build did not work, and some how I did not get that one DL. I guess I thought that there wasn't a new build yet since I just joined :o. Thanks for the help!!!

I don't have this fullscreen #2 option even though I have 4 monitors. Is this a limitation of windows boxee or should it be ok?

not too sure. im only using macs version for now. signed up for windows but havn't gotten an invite yet. might be just the windows boxee. send me an invite if you could, like to try it out on my laptop and see if it is the same.

I don't have an option for "fullscreen #2" either. I am using the latest windows build.
