No Icon in login screen

On the screen where boxee start where you can select your user or "Add User..." there is an abstract icon of a person with a question mark (?) next to it, even though once I login and click on the "Profile" tab I can see the avatar/photo perfectly...

I also experienced this issue. What I was able to do was delete the file image cache in: ~/.boxee/UserData/profiles/agentlame/Thumbnails

I never thought to report it.

Secondly, there is an issue that if a friend doesn't have a picture, then adds one, it will never show up in the "Profile" section. This is what led me to delete the cache, as I didn't even realize the main screen offered a login avatar.

Thanks guys for the reports ..it 's a minor bug regarding the login avatar that we will fix ..@agentlame regarding the issue of "a friend who does not have a picture then adds it later does not show up in the profile tab " did you try the latest version (http://forum.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=403)

@marcel, I've only ever seen the issue on Linux (insomuch as I've never attempted to reproduce it on my MBP.), so I couldn't say if the new version fixes it.

However, this was quite some time ago, so it could have even been fixed with the last Linux update. I never really thought to report it.
