boxee log-on issues

I installed & ran boxee. I exited. When I came back I didn't have a shortcut to go to. Then I went to the program files to start it up again. Once up it didn't save anything I set previously. I also noticed I can't minimize it.
Any help would be great.

The shortcut is located at Start > All Programs > Boxee.

Boxee is not supposed to be able to minimize as it is meant for a mediaPC. You could try to alt-tab to another program.

I am running vista (or shitsa as I like to say). For some reason there isn't a shortcut in the location that you said.
I'll try the alt-tab.
