Apple TV Freeze

When I log on to Boxee ,it goes to a Boxee page then within two seconds goes to black and then freezes the Apple TV. I have to unplug to reboot. The Apple TV works fine with I Tunes so I am guessing that the Boxee program is causing the problem . Any ideas?

I did a factory restore then updated the software uninstalled any boxee code then rebooted and reinstalled boxee. Still get the freeze, black screen. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
