FaceBook Status Update

Wouldn't it be great if Boxee would automatically update your FaceBook status with something like @ Boxee watching... or Listening to...

This way people people know what you are using/watching/listening to.

This could maybe be done for your MSN/iChat status too of course.

If you could make the Boxee thing an URL other people could click it and be directed at this site so they can download Boxee too.

hi @xain09 - you can use the facebook twitter app (http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=2231777543) to update your facebook status, and by proxy, provide fb with your boxee status. this is what i do (http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=719017250) :)

I also use the Facebook twitter app for this.

Know that you first have to register an account on twitter.com (http://twitter.com) then log in on boxee.tv (http://www.boxee.tv) website with your Boxee account and there input your Twitter account information there under "Account Settings" :cool:

...I also have a Tumblr (http://tumblr.com) account and a FriendFeed (http://friendfeed.com) account for similar reasons (for friends that do not use Twitter) ;)
