why does the English subtitle show up on movies in your files automatically and then you have to disable it since the update ?

Can we get subtitles for the movies later on? Is it possible? I have seen somewhere the links of the subtitle files.

The issue is: the iPad app does show the movies, not always very willingly, but without subtitles. I'm not native English so I prefer having subtitles in my language.
