Media Manager not launching on startup

I have installed BMM several times and it will not launch on startup of the computer. Once I manually launch the program everything works fine until I reboot my computer. I'm running Windows 7 Pro 32 bit.

I think there's a setting for that... yes, "Launch automatically at login"

Yeah I saw that and have it checked. Also checked startup tab under msconfig and it shows Boxee Media Manager checked to open on startup.
