Boxee for ipad - not working

I have 2007 imac, lion installed + ipad 2.
Airport extremem (5th ed.) + HDD connected.

Boxee installed with no prob. Media manager works fine.
When I choose video file to play, I see the blue wheel spinning around and black out.
Only format it plays is m4v.
Other files in different format doesn't play at all.
I have plex installed on both imac and ipad.
I thought it was because of plex.. somehow..
But no difference after quitting the plex.

What should I do?

I saw that you posted in my previous thread (http://forums.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=40775) about it as well. Just so you know, I have filed a support request about the issue and will post any meaningful results from that contact in my thread.
