I have an iPad and I'm fiddling around a little bit with the interface and what I can find as options. I don't have a BB yet but I plan to buy one when I move.
I get that I can watch content from the BB on the iPad now. Nice feature though I store all my DVD's as ISO files and I'm not sure if I want to change that (subtitles required)
I get that I can push content from the iPad to the TV. Not thet I understand why I would want to do that. For me the iPad is not a storage device and I Cloudify or offload to Network storage (Like I plan with the BB) as much as possible.
But the one key feature I was hoping for was a XBMX Commander/XBMoteC-like remote control of the BB box. A GUI interface that let's me browse my library on the BB and then plays the content on TV. Just to eliminate another remote in the Den and simply because I find browsing for which content to watch on TV much more pleasing on the iPad then on the actual TV itself. The whole experience would benefit greatly from Touch-centric controls I feel. Am I missing how to do this on the Boxee for iPad app? I am correct that none of the current Boxee Remote Apps actually give you this touch-centric remote capability?
