using a chumby as a boxee controller

I was interested in using a chumby as a controller for my Mac Mini-based media center, including boxee.

I'm picturing a widget for the chumby that would let me switch between boxee and other apps and let me send "pause", "play", "next" controls, etc to boxee.

Has anyone played with this idea?

I would be interested in this as well. I am hoping to get a chumby at a later date and that would be a totally killer way to control boxee as well as other devices.
