Hi, I currently have the latest build of boxee for mac and it recognizes all of my TV shows and movies correctly except for The West Wing. It always labels it as "The West Wing File" (after some searching on IMDB, I found that this is an actual movie just not the TV that I have). It then creates a folder within my "Movies" section of boxee and has all of the unorganized episodes inside of it. I have tried telling boxee that it is the wrong video and changing it but that never seems to change anything. I have also tried to manually recognize the episodes and that will not work either. Has anyone had a similar problem or have any idea of what I can do to fix this?
Thanks for the help.

I have had problems with lots of TV shows not working...
Sopranos all seasons- went fine...
Problems:
family guy: have season that will list in the movie section not TV
Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Will find when manual search is performed but never permentaly keeps the information.
All Anime TV season (5 TV shows): cause boxee to instantly freeze (command tab will not even display if boxee is in full screen). They are in AVI containers and 6 in .MKV - All have SUBS
New York City Ballet: WorkOut Video 2 - will not even find.
None of the files have any DRM protection.
Overall since i have add TV shows (none of them i personally ripped) Boxee has froze easy 20 times...
I have 22 movies they all work and where found fine.

I have every family guy and every west wing recognised correctly.
You need to ensure that
a: the files are named correctly
b: the files are encoded properly
Then, in my experience, Boxee always finds them

I had a lot of issues with TV naming at first.
I found if I rename all my shows using the following structure everything seems to work.
The West Wing S02E01.avi
Once done remove your old source and re-create it (even if its the same location) and erase your libary.
Remember boxee takes quite a while to scan your media. Leave it running for a good few hours and see what happens.
99% of my media is now picked up using this naming structure.

Thanks for all of the help. I had accidentally been putting an extra period in my file names. I was doing it as SO3.E02 instead of S03E02. All fixed now. Again, thanks.
