Trouble getting movies/TV shows on to Boxee

Ok, I set up my shared folders just like its said in these videos:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXJWRZUiFSQ&feature=channel_page

But when I go back to Boxee, there is nothing in the Movies or TV Shows sections of video. (I set up a video folder). The Only thing I had in the shared folder when I checked was a little .mov video that I had made myself, which I expected to show up as a movie like in iTunes, but it didn't show up anywhere.

My questions is: how does boxee recognize something in your shared folder as a Movie or TV Show, or how else can I get videos to show up in My Movies or TV Shows sections of video on Boxee?

What are the files?

If they are drm'd - they aren't going to work

If they are poorly encoded - they aren't going to work?

um.. Its a h.264 encoded .mov video that I made in Final Cut Pro. It shows up in sources/network/media (media is the shared folder I made).
