Boxee keeps crashing on ATV

I wonder if anyone can help, Boxee starts and gets through to the profile screen and then crashes giving me a status 10 code. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?:confused:

which version of boxee are you using? Do you have any shares connected?

I am using the latest version I think as I updated the software as soon as I installed it. Also the last time it worked, I was trying to connect the external hard drives on my Mac.

please could you send us your boxee logs (http://forum.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=1366&highlight=allyourbugs) you will need to ssh into Apple TV. from Linux and Mac OSX, use the ssh command line via the terminal.

1.ssh frontrow@{ip address}
2.To retrieve your IP (boxee>settings>general>IP or ATV>settings>general>about>IP
3.enter Password "frontrow"
4.rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/BOXEE/UserData
