Boxee won't find plugin

Hi, just recently started on Boxee and seriously chuffed bout it :D:D

Question however:
I've tried getting XOT plugin to work but boxee will not see it/find it

I've downloaded it, unpacked in .../plugins/video/..

when i wan't to add however and rescan sources nothing comes up ....

Maybe i'm just thick but using search didn't help ....

Any advice?

let me add that it will not find any other plugin either. Is there a way to tell boxee where to look?

you placed your plugins in /Applications/boxee.app/contents/resources/boxee/plugins/videos

then from boxee go to settings>media sources and applications.

then choose ‘applications’ > ‘add new source’.

Boxee will scan your plugin folders for new additions, select the plugin folder you just added then choose ‘add source’

Select the source type. Then click ‘add’.

OK, I know nothing about how this works, but I can't find the location you are talking about. In my finder, there is only the boxee application, no folder. In my library, there is a folder in application support for boxee and a plugin folder there with music, video, pictures folders in it. I put the plugin folder in the video folder there and have the same problem as the previous poster. I even looked for the directory /Applications/boxee.app/contents/resources/boxee/plugins/videos in the terminal window, and it tells me there is no such directory. I am a relatively new Mac user so give me click by click instr. if you can.

in the 'Applications' folder, control-click on the Boxee application and select 'Show Contents'
